An elite soccer training program designed for players preparing for competitive soccer at all levels.
Every session is intensive, competitive and fun. Sessions will be skills based, encouraging players to move the ball forward as a team, with position specific training.
Players train 2 days a week for 90 min each session and have the option to include an additional 60 min Goalkeeper or Speed & Agility session.
90 min sessions Tues/Thurs
Ages 9-12 --- 1:00-2:30pm
Ages 13+ --- 2:30-4:00pm
